With the slogan “Read the wine – taste the history” we wanted to remind people that our country has been a part of the great Danube civilization, of the then technologically most advanced society in the world, before the Ancient Rome and Greece, before Mesopotamia.
The Danube culture has left us testimonies of the roots of literacy – a script or symbols that date way back before the cuneiform script.
We used these symbols and the stylized figure on our labels with the desire to interest wine lovers to become history lovers as well The most beautiful remains from that age are the figurines that have inspired the appearance of our wines and our motto.
They depict figures with large eyes, symbolizing care and attention, and they all have broadly spread arms as a symbol of cordiality and warm welcome.
